Remote Assistance
This tool will initiate a connection between your computer and mine, allowing me to diagnose, and repair any problems you might be having. When you run the file, I will need to be at my pc to respond, so it's best to contact me first. If I am at my computer and you have not contacted me, I will usually accept the connection and attempt to communicate with you to assist you. You can terminate the connection at any time by right clicking on the icon in your system tray and clicking uninstall.
