We are primarily an on-call, on-site service. We also offer remote assistance that allows us to diagnose and repair your pc over the internet, providing you have a broadband connection. All appointments will be confirmed as soon as I get the message, and then confirmed again, usually 1/2 hour before the scheduled time.
